Sculpt Studios is Orange’s first infrared-heated sculpt studio, built with premium heating and a strong commitment to clean air, wellness, and community.

Sculpt Studios is a women-owned studio, founded with a vision to create more than just a workout space — but a place where wellness, design, and community come together. Sculpt was built with intention in every detail, creating an elevated experience designed to feel different the moment you walk through our doors.​
“Pilates Mami” — a Spanish phrase that represents us in this industry — has become a staple of our studio with our Pilates Mami wall now an iconic part of our space.
Our studio features a professional HVAC system designed to deliver clean heat and proper air circulation, creating a comfortable and elevated workout environment.

At Sculpt, we believe the space you move in matters just as much as the movement itself. Every detail is intentional — created to support strength, wellness, and connection within our community.

While the studio is beautifully designed, our true focus has always been on wellness and the people who walk through our doors — because every inhale and exhale matters.​

Our classes are designed to strengthen, tone, and energize both body and mind. The signature hot room is kept between 85–90 degrees, using infrared heat to help boost circulation, improve flexibility, and support detoxification.

We offer a variety of sculpt classes focused on strength, balance, and mindfulness — creating an experience that welcomes every fitness level and every body.

​Red Light Therapy Classes
​
Sculpt Studios is the first studio in the City of Orange to offer Red Light Therapy Pilates classes.
During these classes, we use medical-grade red light therapy throughout the workout while the room remains heated between 95–98°F, creating the Sculpt experience with the added benefit of red light therapy.
Red light therapy is commonly used in wellness and recovery environments and is known to support:

• Muscle recovery
• Circulation
• Skin health
• Cellular rejuvenation
The red light runs throughout the session while you move, creating a unique workout environment designed to enhance both the workout and post-class recovery experience.
If you prefer not to participate in a Red Light class, you may book one of our regular Sculpt classes instead.

​​​How Do I Book a Class?​
​​
Booking a class at Sculpt Studios is easy and done through the Mindbody App.
​​​
​Step 1: Download the Mindbody App
​​Download the Mindbody App from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
​
​Step 2: Create Your Account
​
​Open the app and create your account if you don’t already have one.
​​
​Step 3: Search for Sculpt Studios
​​
​​In the Mindbody App, search for Sculpt Studios – Orange, CA and add us to your favorites.

​​​Booking Procedures
​​
To create a smoother booking experience and ensure fair access to classes, Sculpt Studios has updated our booking schedule.
Class bookings now open every Sunday at 5:00 PM (PST).
At that time, members and guests will be able to book up to two weeks in advance.
​
Any reservations made prior to this update will remain active and will automatically populate once that week becomes available to all guests.
​We recommend booking early, as classes tend to fill quickly.

​

• Valid for 30 days from the date of purchase
This offer must be purchased before buying any Drop-In class.
Once a Drop-In class has been purchased, you will no longer be able to buy this offer.
No extensions will be granted.
All credits must be used within 30 days from the date of purchase.
If you book a class using this offer and do not show up, the credit will be forfeited and NO SHOW fee will apply.
Late cancellations will result in applicable fees according to our studio’s cancellation policy.
A valid card on file is required to avoid booking suspension.

Class Packs
​​
All class pack purchases are subject to our studio policies.
If you do not show up to a scheduled class, it will be considered a no-show and result in a $20 fee, along with a loss of the class credit.
Late cancellations will result in a fee in accordance with our cancellation policy; your class credit will be returned to your account.
Cancellations made within the allowed time will not result in a fee or loss of credit.
A valid card must be added on file after purchase to avoid any booking suspension.
Class packs have an expiration and do not roll over.
Please ensure classes are used within the allotted time, as listed on our website under pricing or in the Mindbody app.​

Membership
​
Our unlimited membership includes unlimited access to scheduled classes, subject to availability, giving you the flexibility to move as often as you like and get the most value for your investment. Members also receive priority waitlist access, special pricing on events, and access to exclusive studio experiences and community offerings.

Membership is billed monthly on a recurring basis with a three (3) month minimum commitment and requires an active card on file. Accounts with failed or declined payments may be restricted until resolved.

Forgiveness allowances for late cancellations and no-shows may apply; please refer to our FAQs and studio policies for full details.
All bookings, cancellations, and fees are subject to our FAQs and studio policies.
Membership benefits apply only while the membership is active and in good standing.

First Time at Sculpt Studios — What to Know
If it’s your first time at Sculpt Studios, welcome. Our front desk team will be ready to guide you through everything when you arrive.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and get settled. Doors open about 10 minutes before class to keep the space calm and organized.
Bring a water bottle and grip socks. Grip socks are required and available for purchase at the studio.
A mat towel is required. You may bring your own or rent one at the studio.
We have cubbies available to store your belongings.
Check in on the iPads upon arrival — our team is there to assist if needed.
Our room is heated with intention, so come hydrated and ready to sweat.
We offer a water station with electrolytes, energy boosts, and additional supplement add-ons to support your workout.

We allow a 3-minute grace period after class begins. After that, entry may not be permitted.
​
If you plan to record, please use the last row to respect everyone’s space.
After class, enjoy our beauty station with hair essentials and post-workout skincare.

​Do I need to bring a mat?
No mat needed — we provide mats for every class, though you are welcome to bring your own.
A mat towel is required for comfort, hygiene, and safety during heated sessions.
Mat towels are available:
• $3 rental
• Free for founding members only.

What should I wear?
​
We recommend comfortable, fitted activewear that allows you to move safely and comfortably.
Grip socks are required for hygiene and stability inside the studio.

Parking
​
You are welcome to park directly in front of the studio when available.
​
Please avoid parking in front of La Michoacana and Four Tea, as those spaces belong to neighboring businesses.
For afternoon and evening sessions, you may also park in the Wells Fargo lot along Collins & Shattuck.

Please avoid the three parking spaces directly in front of the bank doors for security reasons.

Class Policies

Late Arrival Policy
​
We allow a 3-minute grace period after class begins.
​
After that time, doors close in order to maintain safety and class flow, and your spot may be released to someone on the waitlist.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early whenever possible.

Waitlist Policy
​
If a class is full, you may add yourself to the waitlist.
​
If a spot opens, you will be automatically enrolled and notified by text or email.
Once you are added to class, our 8-hour cancellation policy applies.
Early Morning Classes
​
If you are on the waitlist and have not received a notification before going to sleep, we recommend removing yourself from the waitlist to avoid being added overnight.

​​Late Cancel & No-Show Fees
​​
Our classes fill quickly, and these policies help ensure everyone has the opportunity to book a spot.
​​​
• Canceling less than 8 hours before class results in a $15 late cancel fee
• Missing class without canceling is considered a no-show and results in a $20 no show fee. If using a class pack, drop in, intro offer, a NO SHOW will result in a loss of credit.
Late cancellation Fees and No Show Fees apply to members and all guests including Class packs, drop ins intro offers, any purchases.
Cancellations made within the allowed time will not result in a fee or loss credit,

These policies apply to all clients members and non members to keep scheduling fair and consistent.

​​Membership Late Cancellation & No Show Forgiveness
Clients enrolled in a monthly auto-pay membership receive:
• 1 late-cancel forgiveness
• 1 no-show forgiveness

To apply this forgiveness, you must email the studio the same day the late cancel or no-show occurs.

Missed Classes

If you reserve a class and do not attend without canceling within the required window:
​​
• Drop-in classes, class packs, any type of special sale and intro offers: the class credit will be forfeited and no show fees will apply.
• Members: the applicable no-show fee will apply

Missed classes are not refunded, reinstated, or credited back to your account.

​Membership Cancellations
Monthly auto-renew memberships require a three-month minimum commitment.
After this commitment period, memberships may be canceled by emailing:

Please allow up to 72 hours for processing.
Cancellations must be received at least two weeks before your next billing date to avoid additional charges.

Membership Freeze

Memberships may be frozen once per year for up to three months.

At least 14 days before the next billing date. Freezes cannot be backdated.

Billing & Card on File Policy
​
To keep bookings running smoothly, a valid card must remain on file at all times.
After any purchase, a valid card must be added on file in the mindbody app under wallet or contact the studio to add. Accounts without a card on file may have their packages revoked or suspended until resolved.
If we are unable to process applicable fees or charges, or if an account carries a balance over $100, the account will be temporarily suspended from booking classes until the balance is resolved and the card information is updated.

All purchases — including classes, memberships, and retail items — are final sale.

Refunds are not issued. Our team is happy to help you make the most of your remaining classes or membership time.

​Minors Policy
We love seeing young clients begin their wellness journey.
• Ages 14–15: A parent or guardian must sign a waiver and attend class with the student
• Ages 16–18: A signed waiver from a parent or guardian is required before the first class
After that, teens may attend classes independently.

Children in the Studio

As much as we love our community of moms and families, children cannot remain in the studio or lobby during classes.

This helps keep the space calm, safe, and focused for everyone.

Cleanliness is one of our top priorities.​
• All mats and equipment are disinfected after every class
• The studio is professionally cleaned daily

Photos & Video Policy
​
Occasionally, Sculpt Studios may take photos or videos during classes or studio events for marketing or promotional purposes. These images may appear on our website, social media platforms, or marketing materials.
Because classes take place in a group setting, incidental background appearances may occur.
If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please notify the studio in writing before attending class, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

We encourage and support recording your workout and sharing your Sculpt experience.
To help respect the privacy of other members, please use the last row when filming during class.

Studio Etiquette & Safety

To maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone, all clients are expected to follow instructor guidance and studio policies during class.

Sculpt Studios reserves the right to refuse service to anyone disrupting studio operations and remove a participant from class if behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to staff, instructors, or other guests.

Health & Heated Class Responsibility

By attending classes at Sculpt Studios, participants acknowledge that heated fitness environments may increase physical intensity.

Clients should listen to their bodies, hydrate properly, and take breaks when needed.

If you have health concerns, medical conditions, pregnancy, or injuries, please consult a physician before participating in heated exercise classes.

Participation is voluntary, and clients assume responsibility for their physical well-being during class.

Chargeback & Payment Disputes

By purchasing classes, memberships, or services through Sculpt Studios, clients agree to the studio’s policies regarding cancellations, late-cancel fees, no-show fees, and billing procedures.
