What is Sculpt Studios?

Sculpt Studios is an infrared-heated mat Pilates studio created to strengthen, tone, and energize both body and mind. Our signature hot room is kept between 85–90 degrees, using infrared heat to boost circulation, improve flexibility, and support detoxification. We offer a variety of Sculpt classes, each focused on sculpting, balance, and mindfulness — so there’s something for every fitness level and every body.

 

How does our intro offer work?

Our Intro Offer is 10 days of unlimited classes for $49.

Your 10 days begin on the day you take your first class-not the day you purchase it.


This offer is for 10 consecutive days. 

(note this is not a 10 class pack this is an intro offer for 10 consecutive days of unlimited classes) ( credits/days are not refundable or transferable if not used)

Can only be purchased once

Where can I park?

You’re welcome to park directly in front of the studio — perfect for morning classes. For afternoon and evening sessions, please use the Wells Fargo lot along Collins & Shattuck whenever possible. Just remember to avoid the three spaces directly in front of the bank doors for security reasons.


Do I need to bring a mat?

No mat needed — we provide them for every class. A mat towel is required for comfort, hygiene, and safety during heated sessions. Mat towels are available for rent for $3 or free for members at the front desk.


What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable, fitted activewear that allows you to move easily and safely. Grip socks are required for stability and hygiene inside the studio.


Do you offer non-heated classes?

Not at the moment — but we’re working on it! Our goal is to expand class options soon to include non-heated sessions for those who prefer a cooler environment.


Are you on ClassPass?

Not at the moment, but we’re open to it in the future! We’re always exploring ways to make it easier for new clients to experience Sculpt Studios.


I’m new to Pilates — is Sculpt Studios beginner-friendly?



Absolutely! 💪 All of our classes are designed for every level. Instructors offer plenty of options and modifications so you can move at your own pace while still getting a great workout. If it’s your first time, try a Sculpt class to get familiar with the flow and foundation.


What is your late policy?

We allow a 5-minute grace period after class start time. After that, doors close for safety and flow reasons, and your spot may be released to someone on the waitlist. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to check in, set up, and get centered.


How should I prepare for class?

Bring your grip socks, water bottle, and mat towel (available for rent for $3 or free for members). Please arrive a few minutes early and let your instructor know of any injuries or limitations before class begins.


How does the waitlist work?



If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. When a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically enrolled and notified by text or email. Once you’re added, our 4-hour cancel policy applies.


Can I bring my baby or child?



As much as we love our community of moms and families, we can’t allow children in the studio or lobby during classes. This helps keep the space calm, safe, and focused for everyone. We appreciate your understanding 🤍



How often is the studio cleaned?



Cleanliness is one of our top priorities. All mats and equipment are disinfected after every class, and the studio is professionally cleaned daily.


Late Cancel & No-Show Fees

Canceling less than 4 hours before class will result in a $15 late-cancel fee. If you miss class without canceling, it’s considered a no-show, and a $20 fee will be charged.

Note: clients enrolled in our Monthly auto pay membership will be afforded one "forgiveness late cancel and one No-Show" every 30-days but must contact the studio to request to apply the "forgiveness" during the same day as the late cancelation or no show, no other exceptions will be applied.

Why do we have these fees?



Our schedule fills up quickly, and these policies help ensure everyone has the chance to book a spot. They apply to all clients to keep things fair and consistent for everyone.


Avoiding Fees / Emergencies



To avoid fees, please cancel at least 4 hours in advance through your account. We completely understand that emergencies happen — if something unexpected comes up, please email info@sculptstudios-oc.com so our team can review your situation.





Membership Cancellations



Monthly auto-renew memberships have a three-month minimum commitment. After that, you can cancel anytime by emailing info@sculptstudios-oc.com. Please allow up to 72 hours for us to process your request. Cancellations must be received at least two weeks before your next billing date to avoid additional charges.


Membership Freeze



You may freeze your membership for up to three months once per year by submitting written notice to info@sculptstudios-oc.com at least 14 days before your next billing date. Freezes cannot be backdated and must be arranged in advance.


Refund Policy



All sales — including classes, memberships, and retail items — are final. We do not offer refunds, but our team is happy to help you make the most of your remaining classes or membership time 🤍


Minors Policy



We love seeing young clients begin their wellness journey!
•    Ages 5–15: A parent or guardian must sign a waiver and attend class with the student.
•    Ages 16–18: A signed waiver from a parent or guardian is required before the first class.
After that, teens may attend classes independently.

Liability Waiver


All participants must sign a liability waiver before joining any class. By signing, you acknowledge that you’re in good physical condition and understand the risks of exercising in a heated environment with equipment.

Do you reply to DMs?

Yes — we do receive most DMs.

How do I cancel a class?

All class cancellations must be done through the MindBody app.

This ensures your spot is released properly and your account stays accurate.

What if I have a no-show or late-cancel issue?

If your email is regarding a no-show or late-cancel, your message has been received.

You will not be charged while we review and process your request.
